We purchased this Saunasnet 2 person outdoor sauna and after a few issues (all cused by me) the unit is operating nicely. My mistake was that I thought I had ordered a 120 volt unit and plugged it into a 120 volt circuit. It did not work properly. Took forever to heat up. Once I had the 220volt circuit ran and had plugged it in, the unit heats up from 81 degrees to 140 degrees in 10 minutes. There was an issue with shipping as I live un a rural area. This was not the fault of Saunasnet. It was the local shipping company. I would recommend purchasing from this company. Good price on it too with the sale price. Only company issue is the directions need to be clearer. Make sure that you have another hand or two if you are putting it together yourself. I added small angles (in the photos) to the side walls at the bottom to hold them in place before connecting the adjacent and front walls. Enjoy your Sauna
