To simplify your customer's experience, and reduce the chance of damage, in most cases, we will ship the chosen sauna heater and accessories on top of the sauna crate and within an extra-thick wooden box container.
For your convenience, the wooden box contains the product tax instructions and the sauna heater manualShould you wish to vary from these recommendations, please contact your account representative.
The weight and size of this product require truck delivery by special appointment , on an oversized pallet. A contact number for you is required by the freight company to facilitate the delivery appointment. The driver is responsible for curbside delivery only and will lower the item's to ground level.（The roadside here refers to the place where trucks can reach.） Your customer is responsible for transporting the contents into the home or facility.
Q: Which courier companies will we use for delivery?
A: We will choose the courier based on your order or the product you requested. For portable saunas, we generally choose USPS, FedEx and UPS for smaller accessories. For larger wooden saunas, we generally choose ABF trucks for transportation.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We have warehouses in the west and east of the United States. If there is stock in the warehouse, we will ship directly from the warehouse. For products that are not in stock, we will ship directly from the factory.
Q：Do you charge taxes？
A：No tax in the US.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, We will process your order immediately after receiving it.
If your order is in stock , it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.
If your item is out of stock, we will need about 20 days of production time.
In case of natural disasters, holidays, bad weather, etc., there may be a slight delay.
