Points you need to pay attention to
1) Our installation company and logistics company are not the same company. The logistics company is only responsible for roadside unloading. You need to notify us by SMS or email to make an appointment for installation when you are about to receive the sauna or after receiving the sauna
2) If your home is far away from the place where the truck unloads, you need to purchase the installation service priced at $2000. At that time, we will arrange your delivery time and installation time on the same day. Our installation team will help you deliver the sauna from the roadside to your yard. Similarly, if you also need to deliver the sauna upstairs, please purchase the installation service priced at $2400
3) We only provide wiring inside the sauna room. We cannot power the sauna room. The wiring inside the heater is completed in the factory. For saunas with control panels, our installation team will provide wiring inside the sauna room, but we cannot power the sauna room. You need to ask your electrician to help you power it.
